The Woodfield neighborhood is part of Central London. It incorporates part of downtown, while most of it sits just to the Northeast of the downtown core. Its boundary lines reach from Richmond Street to Adelaide Street and from the CRP train tracks down to Dundas Street. The location is incredible for business professionals, students, empty nesters, and people who just love living in a historic area with stunning Victorian buildings. It’s located within walking distance to great shopping districts such as downtown, Richmond Row, and Old East Village.

Woodfield is one of the largest Victorian streetscapes within Canada. This beautiful neighborhood is filled with historic single family houses and newer built high-rise apartments, three story walk ups and townhouses. The homes started to be built in this neighborhood after 1840. Most of the homes within Woodfield were built between the late 1800s and early 1900s. Some of the stunning Victorian brick houses have been converted into businesses, and others have been converted into rental homes. The average list price in this area is in the mid to high $500,000s.

In 2012 it was awarded the People’s Choice “Greatest Neighborhood in Canada” by the Canadian Institute of Planners.
