Location

Lambeth is a large rural neighbourhood in the southeast end of London, Ontario! This small community was a township before its amalgamation with London in 1993. It is located immediately north of Highway 402 and directly east of Colonel Talbot Road. Because of its history, Lambeth possesses a strong, small-town sense of community. 

Neighborhood

St. Francis Catholic School falls within boundaries of this neighborhood and is within walking distance for many families. On top of that, there are options for public, French Immersion, and Catholic schools that fall within this district. Covenant Christian School is also located in Lambeth. It’s a religious private school for elementary-aged students and is walking distance for many families in the Lambeth neighborhood.

Avid golf lovers will love this location as it is right beside Greenhills Country Club. Since its opening in 1975, it has become esteemed for its eighteen-hole championship course, magnificent greens and event facilities. 

For mainstream shopping, residents can head just nine-minutes northeast to the intersection of Wonderland Road South and Southdale Road West. This plaza is home to plenty of necessary amenities including Loblaws, LCBO, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Home Sense, IKEA etc. 

Of course one of the many amenities of Lambeth is the incredible sense of community and the amazing events like Harvestfest. This is an annual, community-operated event that provides fun activities for people of all ages during the second week of September. These events include, but are not limited to, a softball tournament, paint night, pancake breakfast, outdoor movie night, community barbecue dinner, golf tournament and fireworks. This is a beloved tradition that celebrates the history and brings together the residents of Lambeth and London.
