Kipps Lane

Location

North East of London, the Kipps Lane Community is located over near Kilally Valley park, between Adelaide and Highbury. This great and well established neighborhood is close to many conveniences. With multiple housing options at lower price points, quick and easy access to lots of green space, and the fact that it’s close to King’s College, Kipps Lane is an excellent area for both students and families.

Neighborhood

A lot of the single detached houses in Kipps Lane were build in the 1950s, while some of the newer housing there was built in the 1990s. There is a wide mix of housing available in Kipps Lane, which includes apartment buildings, single detached homes, townhomes, as well as row housing. The prices range from the low $200s to the low $400s. It’s an affordable area that is full of mature trees, and the deep roots of an established neighborhood. This area has beautiful wooded areas and the Thames River flows through part of it, giving this area some real beauty. With the diverse range of home options and the lower price points, this area is an excellent option for those who are perhaps looking to enter into the housing market for the the first time, or are wanting to get a little more nbang for their buck.

Kipps Lane is an excellent area in London for being close to affordable conveniences. Whether you’re looking for shopping, home essentials, or something delicious to eat, you’ll be able to find multiple options close by that are all within a reasonable price range.

For the life essentials you can find a library, a Shoppers Drug Mart, a Fit 4 Less, a Walmart, multiple grocery stores, banks, and convenience stores all within the area. The Huron Heights Plaza is also super close and it has Talize! When it comes to recreation, there are a lot of great ways for you and your family to spend your leisure time in the Kipps Lane neighborhood. The Tin Cup mini golf and driving range is right close to the Kipps Lane area. It offers endless summer entertainment with its two beautiful outdoor mini golf courses and its driving range. The Stoney Creek Meadows is also super close by, which is a beautiful spot to spend a summer afternoon. There is an off-leash dog park and the North London Athletic Fields that are also right by. Within the actual community, there are trails that you take that go through beautiful tree lined areas.

As for parks you have many options right there in Kipps Lane: Stoneybrook Recreation Field, Kilally Valley Park, Dan Pulham Field, and Ed Blake Park. Within these parks you have baseball diamond, soccer fields, multi structure playgrounds, swing sets, a splash pad, community gardens, and lots and lots of open green space to play in.
