THE SQUIRE PUB & GRILL
@SquirePub The Squire burger is a definite hit and easily one of the best burgers in London! Patties are made fresh at the restaurant with no fillers or seasonings. They slow roast pork belly over-night, have fresh bread from International Bakery delivered daily, and top it off with aged cheddar and onion crisps. It is so simple but so crafted, which fits the overall theme of this American Style pub. It is the perfect meal if you are looking to grab a bite before or after an event at the Budweiser Gardens across the street.
BURGER BURGER
@itsburgerburger The Top Bun burger is one of six signature offerings at Burger Burger on Richmond St. Two patties, basic toppings, special house sauce, and a pinch of salt has the city of London asking how they do it. Burger Burger’s owners say it’s a secret recipe, but that they are all about quality meat: 100% pure beef, no seasoning, no breadcrumbs, and no filler or preservatives. It’s a mix of high quality sirloin, chuck and brisket that is hand rolled after being ground in-store. It is recommended to have a side of fries and a milkshake to get the full Burger Burger experience. They’re open late and also deliver!
THE EARLY BIRD
@EarlyBirdLondon You can’t be fooled by the simplicity of its name and ingredients. The Burger is served at The Early Bird, a restaurant that makes everything from scratch and was featured on the Food Network’s show, You Gotta Eat Here. Both beef and veggie patties are an option, and it comes topped with cheddar, sweet pickles, onion, and smoked garlic aioli. Although it’s the only burger on the menu, it’s accompanied by one of a kind sandwich options including the Turducken Club, Fresh Tofu Sandwich, and the Pulled Pork Sandwich. Pair The Burger with one of my favourite beers – the Capital Blonde Ale from Forked River Brewing Company.
PRINCE ALBERT'S DINNER
@PrinceAlbertsDiner Prince Albert’s Diner is a local favourite, often frequented by students from Western University and Fanshawe College. Their Wally Burger is voted one of the best burgers in London and was featured on the Food Network’s You Gotta Eat This Burger! With a taste of home-made, it is served with bacon and peanut butter on a quarter pound of tasty beef. Yes, peanut butter! They even give you the option of smooth or crunchy. With their retro style interior, Prince Albert’s Diner is a post bar favourite, but also a great spot to stop for a burger at lunch or dinner time.
THE CHURCH KEY BISTRO-PUB
